JIM DAVIDSON AHS Class of 1961
This Alliance native graduated from Alliance High School in 1961, where he lettered in football, basketball and track. He continued his football and track career at The Ohio State University where he was a Collegiate Football All-American. After graduating from Ohio State with a degree in Business Administration, Davidson was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in 1965. He played for only two seasons due to a knee injury, finishing with the Miami Dolphins in 1967. After Davidson’s playing days were finished, he stepped into the business world including eleven years as an accountant with various small companies. He is currently the president of Uptime Solutions Association, Inc., and serves on the Board of the International Facility Management Association. Jim and his wife, Karen Frederick, also an AHS ‘61 graduate, have been married for thirty-five years. They have three sons and six grandchildren. |
