In 2013 the Alliance High School Class of 1963 established a scholarship endowment through the AHS Foundation to honor the memory of classmates. The scholarship was created as part of the fiftieth reunion celebration. Classmates decided that providing a scholarship for current AHS graduates would be an appropriate way to remember their days in high school and help offset college costs of today.
Collections from class members and friends quickly grew to over $10,000.00. With the awareness of the impact that experiences at Alliance High School had on classmates’ lives, it is anticipated that more and more classmates will support the scholarship fund.
