Coach Al Eibel was an extremely successful cross country and track coach for the Aviators. He was selected as the Stark County Girls’ Cross Country Coach of the Year in 2000 and 2002. He was awarded the Federal League Girls’ Cross Country Coach of the Year in 2000. Coach Eibel is also a member of the Canton Rugby Hall of Fame.
