Larry Kinnard was an extremely decorated multi-sport athlete to represent Alliance High School. A standout in football, Larry earned Honorable Mention All-Ohio honors, was a two-time All-District selection, and a three-time All-Federal League performer. His athletic excellence extended to track and field, where he was also a three-time All-Federal League honoree. Larry was also a member of the boys basketball team for the Aviators.
After graduation, Larry continued his football career at the University of Mount Union, where he became a four-year letter winner and a key contributor to one of the nation’s premier Division III programs. During his collegiate career, he helped lead the Purple Raiders to three National Championships. Individually, he earned All-American honors twice, was a three-time All-OAC selection, and received the prestigious OAC Mike Gregory Award. He is also a proud member of the Mount Union M-Club. |
